Once we issue your refund, it takes up to 7 days for your financial institution to reflect it in your account. Any custom orders cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
SHIPPING
We ship primarily with USPS and UPS. All deliveries include insurance valued at the cost of your purchased product. If your package is lost, stolen or the content inside has been damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at info@solpoppyhealing.com. We will work with your courier to resolve the issue.
